This place offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and it's conveniently located near a restaurant for a good meal.

bed to hard,, no pillows,, had to call desk to request pillows,, recliner chair blocking heater,,no chairs at the table,,table very wobbley,,this was 10PM

could not find the place,,no signage any where to guide you to the back of big shopping center where it is located,,no signs on the building or property

I truly enjoyed its well furnished and well-kept rooms.

The location here is super convenient, surrounded by shops and tons of restaurants. It was really nice having everything we needed just steps away! 🛍️

Staff, cleaning, & santitation. They dont have full cable only certain channels to view.

The hotel was reasonably large with an exceptionally nice location adjacent to many surrounding restaurants and convenience. The staff were really helpful and knew how to help. Our stay there was really enjoyable.

Everything was so clean & the room was very updated and nice. The front desk gentleman was very pleasant with great customer care. Overall great time, definitely the place to stay when in the area.

You have to call the front desk for the kitchen necessities so that you only pick up what you need, I understand the reasoning, not a dislike really... Nothing to dislike.

The place had a great location and it was close to Palmetto Falls Water Park which was just 2 miles away, and the room was enjoyable with a nice kitchen.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms have a full kitchen, but you have to ask at the desk for anything in the way of dishes/utensils. Superficially clean, but deep down, not so much.

The room was tired and a little grubby. Everything felt like it had put in it's time, not very appealing. Non-smoking room smelt of long term smokers. The breakfast was really just coffee and a box of breakfast bars. Coffee was alright...

The room we reserved was nicely furnished, well-maintained, and had a kitchen, all in a great spot close to a good restaurant.

Everything was perfect and the staff worked with my father and I on a third party payment over the phone because I misplaced my credit card at the airport. I was far away from home and any other hotel wouldn't have allowed it or care.

Staff ( David) was great.

I had to call the front desk to get a plastic cup for the bathroom. Nothing extra came with the room--shampoo, hand lotion, etc.
